Q: I ordered an eBook, but I can not see it in the viewer. What should I do ?
A: Mobile browser or Aladdin shopping app My account, PC Please confirm the order status in My account> ebook order.
If it is displayed as "Product ready" instead of "Order completed", the order processing is incomplete due to network temporary failure, and the purchase history is not displayed in the viewer.
Please contact us at PC Aladdin Customer Center One-to-One Consultation> E-book> Report to the Disability Report Center or call (1544-2514).
If you do not see it in the viewer even though the order is complete, please report it to the customer center one-on-one counseling> e-book> trouble reporting center or phone (1544-2514).
Q: Purchased books are not listed in the purchase list.
A: If you pull down the Purchase List screen, the purchase list will be fully synchronized. If the purchase list does not appear after a full sync, it's likely that your order was not processed properly.

Q: I bought a series of books, but I'm separated.
A: The book may not have been processed in series. After you report it to the Customer Center, you can pull it down to complete the purchase list screen.
Q: I tried to read the downloaded book and I get the message 'Can not find the book file'.
A: The book file may have been deleted by an external app (especially V3). If you have downloaded the book and use the Cleaner feature, you will need to exclude the Aladdin eBook app.
